Since its establishment in 1993, Youth Enrichment Programs, Inc. (YEP) has provided comprehensive services to more than 3,600 at-risk inner-city youth, focusing on academic support, leadership development, career readiness, emotional well-being & personal growth. Through evidence-based programming and strategic community partnerships, YEP has achieved measurable outcomes, including a 90% high school completion rate among program participants and a 75% post-secondary enrollment rate.

As the organization’s founder has affirmed, “The sky is the limit to what YEP can accomplish.
